Changes to Your Order
The term “Products” refers to all motorcycles, minibikes, e-bikes, parts, accessories, apparel, and other merchandise sold by EmotoProjects.com.
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to items on the order, the payment method, or the shipping/billing address.
Important Cancellation Policy
To cancel any order, customers must contact Emoto Projects at support@emotoprojects.com.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, subject to the terms below.
Motorcycle, Minibike, and E-Bike Order Cancellations
Motorcycle, minibike, and e-bike order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed by emailing support@emotoprojects.com from the email address used to place the order.
If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order, please contact Customer Support for further assistance. For orders that have already shipped, customers may refuse delivery or request a return in accordance with our Return Policy; however, a 25% restocking fee may apply. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Parts, Accessories, and Merchandise Cancellations
Parts, accessories, apparel, and merchandise order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing support@emotoprojects.com.
Due to our quick warehouse processing, we are generally unable to cancel parts, accessories, apparel, or merchandise orders after 24 hours.
Preorders and Backorders
To request cancellation of a preorder or backorder, customers must contact support@emotoprojects.com.
Customer Support Response Times
Emoto Projects strives to respond to all customer inquiries as quickly as possible. Due to order volume, weekends, holidays, and seasonal demand, customers should allow up to two (2) business days for an initial response to emails and support requests.
Support requests are processed in the order received. Customers acknowledge and agree that an email inquiry shall not be considered unanswered until at least two (2) business days have elapsed from the time it is received by Emoto Projects.
Customers should not initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim alleging non-response until the stated response period has expired.
Order Cancellation Requests
A cancellation request is considered received only when it is successfully delivered to support@emotoprojects.com. Customers are responsible for ensuring that cancellation requests are sent to the correct email address and include sufficient order information for identification and processing.
Orders may continue to be processed and shipped until a cancellation request is received and reviewed by Emoto Projects.
Chargeback and Payment Disputes
If a customer believes there is an issue with an order, they agree to contact Emoto Projects at support@emotoprojects.com and provide a reasonable opportunity for resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Emoto Projects maintains records of order confirmations, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmations, customer communications, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which may be submitted as evidence in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.
