Delivery and Chargeback Policy

Orders shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer shall be deemed fulfilled upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier.

Customers agree that carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation records, signature confirmation records, photographs of delivery, and other carrier documentation may be used as conclusive evidence that an order was delivered.

A chargeback, payment dispute, or claim for non-delivery may be challenged using such records. Customers who receive an order and retain possession of the Products are expected to utilize the applicable return process if they wish to seek a refund, rather than initiating a chargeback.
